Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the length of your stay.

Stays of 1 to 4 nights: free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that, the full cost of the stay remains payable.

Stays of 5 to 10 nights: free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date; any advance payment is refunded in full. After that, the full cost of the stay remains payable.

Stays of more than 10 nights: free cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival date; any advance payment is refunded in full. Between 30 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay remains payable. Less than 7 days before arrival, the full cost of the stay remains payable.

In all cases, a no-show or an early departure means the full booked stay remains payable.
